StrataCore is seeking a Finance Clerk (FC) to join our team. The FC will report to the Accounting Manager and work closely with our accounting and commissions teams to ensure accurate expenditure and commission data. A meticulous eye, strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a confident/positive attitude are necessary.


This is a remote (work from home) position that requires you to be living and working in El Salvador, Nicaragua, or Guatemala.


Primary Responsibilities:

· Maintain and process monthly employee expense reports

· Manage and maintain Latin America accounts payable

· Process third party payments

· Oversee accounting functions for subsidiaries

· Manage invoicing process for manual providers

· Assist in ad hoc reporting and Excel projects

· Assist and support commissions team as needed


Job Specifications:

· Strong analytical skills with a focus on adding value and attention to detail

· Demonstrate strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to follow and improve upon policies and procedures

· Systematic and patient pace with routine tasks and assignments

· Must have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel

· Previous experience with A/P and commissions is a plus
